Description

The Single Family Real Estate Owned Division of the HUD Philadelphia Homeownership Center is seeking the services of a closing agent to conduct settlements on HUD-owned properties located within the State of Maryland. The contract shall be for a one-year period with a possible extension of two additional one-year periods. This requirement is being solicited on a 100% set aside basis for small business concerns under NAICS code 541191 ($5 million). The Request For Proposals (RFP) may be available on or after June 11, 2001. Requests for a copy of the RFP must be made in writing and may be submitted via facsimile to 215-656-3453. (See Numbered Note 1.) HUD posts all required notices of its contracting opportunities on its Internet Home Page Contracting Opportunities site at http://www.hud.gov/cts/ctsoprty.html.
