Description

Requirement for award of a firm-fixed-price contract to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary to provide and install a 125,000 gallon glass-lined, insulated, steel, above-ground water storage tank at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. In addition to providing tank, contractor will provide concrete foundation, water supply piping, controls and sensors, spill basin, and chlorinating/disinfecting of the tank. Contractor will also remove and relocate fencing. Project magnitude is between $100,000 and $200,000. A 20% bid bond is required. Payment and performance bonds will be required after award. Competition is set aside for small business participation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 234910 with a small business size standard of $27.5 million. Telephonic, written, faxed, or electronic requests for hard copies of bid documents will be denied.
