Description: The US Army TACOM-ARDEC is conducting a market survey to identify potential sources of ruggedized computers for military use. Performance requirements for the computer are contained within performance specification PRF111620. The Government is interested only in those potential sources who have the capability to manufacture and deliver approximately 300 qualified computers within one (1) year, which meet the performance requirements of PRF111620, in full. All interested firms should provide, at no cost to the Government, information indicating the firm's capabilities, how quickly production representative hardware could be provided for evaluation and required lead times for production of the first delivery and monthly production rates thereafter. In addition, the following information is requested, also at no cost to the Government: a. drawings showing interface and/or line drawings (electronic preferred) b. applicable test report(s) and c. commercial operator's manual. This is a sources sought notice for planning purposes only. This announcement is not and RFP nor does it obligate the Government to issue an RFP.
