Description

The U.S. Army TACOM-ARDEC, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ is interested in information for commercially available .22 caliber rimfire ammunition with lead free projectiles. Information provided should satisfy all current performance specifications while not adversely affecting the environment. Information is required in anticipation of a future solicitation for test samples. Responses shall include materials used, performance, production capacity, and approximate cost of producing ammunition. Responses can be for projectiles or complete cartridges. This announcement is for information only and is not a pre-solicitation notice at this time. If a formal solicitation is generated at a later date, a solicitation notice will be published. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government.
