Specifications, plans or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation; 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Origin inspection required. Delivery requested: 300 DARO; Quantity: 12 each, Line 0001 for 12 each to be delivered to Richmond, VA. See Note 26.
