Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is (Request for Quotation) RFQ 18-01-086. Solicitation documents are incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-24. This procurement falls within the definition of North America Industry classification code 333911. The small business standard is 500 employees. The Unita National Forest is soliciting for the following items: 1) ABS submersible solids waste pump MODEL AFP1047-M210/4 with slide and bracket 1 each; 2) Myers submersible grinder pump MODEL WG30 1 each; 3)Myers submersible grinder pump MODEL WG20 1 each; 4) Hydromatic grinder pump MODEL S4LRC 1 each; and OPTION ITEMS 5) Hydromatic grinder pump MODEL SPG-200M6-2 1 each; and 6) Hydromatic grinder pump MODEL SPGH500 2 each. Option items will only be awared if funds are available. Required delivery date is 30 after receipt of order. Offerors are to include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52-212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications -- Commercial Items with offer. FAR Clause 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items applies to this procurement. FAR Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items applies to this procurement. Quotes will be evaluated on price and delivery.
