- PRON: AX1T1130AX; NSN: 5330-01-482-2328; Quantity: 500 each, plus two years of 100% options per year, Part Number: 5043T32G04 applicable to the UH-60 Turbine Engine. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and is limited to those small businesses which are approved. This requirement is restricted to Hansen Engineering & Machinery Co Inc (Vendor Code 98839), Kerns Mfg Corp (Vendor Code 93596) and LKM Industries Newburyport Inc (Vendor Code 60410). NOUN: Seal, Balance, Piston; Deliveries are F.O.B. origin to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 500 each 225 days after contract award (DACA). First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 168 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 500 each 180 DACA. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). The approved source(s) retain data rights, manufacturing knowledge, or technical data that are not economically available to the Government, and the data or knowledge is essential to maintaining the quality of the part. This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC. SEC 2751 Et Seq) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., App 2401-2402) Executive Order 121370. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government."
