Request for copies of this solicitation, other than through the internet, WILL NOT BE ACKNOWLEDGED. NSWC/IHD shall not receive or accept any form of electronic of faxed proposals as a result of this solicitation. All proposals must be received in hard copy and are subject to the FAR Clause 52.215-1, Instruction to Offerors Competitive Acquisition (OCT 1997). Note: All offerors will be ineligible for award unless they have registered in DoD's Central Contractor Registration database. This will be a QBL item for Retainer in accordance with IHD/NSWC Drawing Number 11744248. Quantity of 2000 for the base year to be delivered to NAVSEA Indian Head Division, Indian Head, MD 20640-5035. This procurement is for a base year and four option years. Options to be exercised if deemed in the governments best interest. This item is on the Indian Head Division's Qualified Bidders List (QBL). To be considered for award, all potential offeror's must be approved in accordance with the Indian Head QBL Qualification Plan. Note: QBL qualification could require a substantial initial investment or an extended qualification time period.
