Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items = prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as = supplemented with additional information provided in this notice. THIS = NOTICE IS THE SOLICITATION DOCUMENT. All references to "offers" are = understood to be "quotations". This is an unrestricted solicitation. = The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are = those in effect though Federal Acquisition Circular 97-24. Keesler AFB = intends to issue a firm-fixed price purchase order, using simplified = acquisition procedures for commercial items for the purchase of the = following: 2 (each) IFR Systems, Model 2965A Radio Test Sets or equal. = Units consist of: 100kHz to 1 GHz high performance full span spectrum = analyzer. Tracking generator with variable level and offset tracking. = FFT analyzer for radio and modulation signals. 500 kHz storage = oscilloscope. Variable frequency SINAD/distortion. Accurate broadband = power meter from 1 mW to 150 W. Selective power meter with 2uV = sensitivity. The North American Industry Classification Code is 334513 and the small = business standard is 500. The following Federal Acquisition = Regulations (FAR) provisions and clauses apply: FAR 52.212-1 = Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items is amended to read: submit = signed and dated offer on Company Letterhead to 81 CONS/LGCB, 310 M = Street, Room 102, Keesler AFB MS 39534-2147 at or before 1530(3:30pm) = CST 12 Jun 01.
