Description

The Government is anticipating awarding a Firm Fixed Price Contract for the installation, testing, surviellance, and maintenance support of an off-the-shelf, Key Card AccessedSecurity, and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) System that meets the requirements of DCID 1/21 for building 178 located at 404 Greig Street, San Antonio, Texas 78241. The expected solution is a multi-user, multi-tasking system that integrates access control, alarm monitoring, CCTV control, and video imaging into a single Windows NT/Windows 2000 33-bit application. These systems shall be provided and installed by the Contractor in accordance with (IAW) the contract statement of need (SON), the applicable reference documents, and the Access Control/Security & Digital Video Recorder System Specification. The installation shall be accomplished in two phases. The first phase shall install all of the items required to secure the building, as it exists as of contract award date. Phase one shall be completed 30 days after contract award. The second phase shall be completed no later than 30 days after the completion of building renovation. The Government expects the building renovation to be completed on or around 31 Dec 2001. This acquisition will be made under a 100% total small business set a side. A written Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on this website shortly. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation that will be considered.
