Description

This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information. This solicitation is being issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP) #0033819. The solicitation is under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This will be a Firm-Fixed price solicitation. The Government intends to award a contract for one base year and four one year options. The Governments' requirement of blood collection kits will support the Federal Convicted Offender Program.
