Potential Sources Sought to paticipate in the regional standardization of Disposable Incontinence Supplies (Underpads). TRICARE Regions 9 and 10, a military integrated delivery network (IDN), comprised of Army, Navy and Air Force medical centers in California is considering standarizing and establishing a single source Regional Incentive Agreement for Disposable Incontinence Supplies (Underpads). A list of technical and clinical criteria and instruction will be provided to vendors, suppliers and manufactures who are willing to participate, be holders of a Distribution and Pricing Agreement (DAPA) with the Defense Supply Center-Philadelphia (DSCP), and distribute products through DSCP's Prime Vendor program.
