Description

NSN 8405-01-076-1911(s) Jumper, Man's, Wool Serge Bl 3346 MIL-J-87035D. Minimum quantity:116,796 Maximum quantity:194,676. This is an IDTC contract with 4 additional option periods. There will be 12 month delivery schedules with a production leadtime of 120 days. The first delivery order for a quantity of 38,940 each will be issued for a 3 month delivery schedule. Various Navy customer destinations to be supported from contractor's bill&hold location. This will be a best value procurement with Product Demonstration Model (PDM), Past Performance, Bill&Hold, Electronic Data Interchange, Manufacturing Plan, Quality Assurance Plan, Socioeconomic Considerations and DLA Mentoring Business Agreement.
