Description

The Department of Defense, Naval Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division, (NAVEODTECHDIV) is requesting information for a car keyholder manipulator and door opener (s); both pull and push type. Descriptive literature to include product data sheet, product quality, reliability, warranty, company point of contact and pricing information for commercial off the shelf (COTS) items are requested. Desired item parameters: Keyholder Manipulator parameters: capability to be used on key locks with vertical or horizontal key slots, remote activation from a distance, light weight, one man portable, easy set up and placement. Door opener(s) parameters: capability to open car doors with lift-up and push-button handles, remote activation from a distance, light weight, one man portable, easy set up and placement. Please provide technical information as available. The data collected from this market survey effort will be utilized to determine the commercially availability of items to meet the projected needs. The desired parameters do not necessarily represent the minimum acceptable capabilities.
