- The Marine Corps Systems Command intends to negotiate a sole source contract with FN Herstal, Liege, Belgium, for 20 M3M .50 caliber machine guns with mounts and associated support for the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory's comparative analysis testing. No RFP is available for competitive bidding; however, interested parties may submit a statement of capability for satisfying this requirement within 15 days of this announcement to the contact person listed above.
