Description

The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, and materials necessary to submit a Phase I Report for a multiphase research project for National Park Service Southern Revolutionary War Parks,(Cowpens National Battlefield, Fort Moultrie unit of Fort Sumter National Monument, Guilford Courthouse National Military Park, Kings Mountain National Military Park, Moores Creek National Battlefield, and Nintey Six National Historic Site). This multiphase research project will give parks the a deeper insight into the history of and participants in the American Revolution and allow the parks to better interpet them to the public. Phase I will produce an annotated bibliography and guide to primary sources located in the United States, Canada, and Great Britain. This solicitation may result in multiple awards for the three different countries. This will be a negotiated firm-fixed price contract. The technical proposal will be evaluated on technical evaluation criteria which will be contained in the soliciatation. The soliciatation will be available on or about June 18, 2001.
