Description

The Headquarters, United States Special Operations Command is conducting a competitive procurement to acquire intellectual capital support in the areas of system acquisition and development, project support for all phases of the acquisition cycle including, but not limited to: program monitoring; documentation generation; review and analysis; technical management support; and requirements documentation services. The contractor shall also provide intellectual capital to assist normal day-to-day business operations. This staff support shall include but not be limited to: administrative support; public affairs; historian support; training; accounting; budgeting; joint resource management; readiness planning and reporting; personal reporting; procurement support; graphics support and other business for USSOCOM headquarters, components, Theater SOCs and the Services (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps) that have or provide direct support to SOF. Due to the nature of customary pricing for these services, the Government is not conducting this procurement pursuant to FAR Part 12. The Government contemplates the award of two contracts with one being a small business set-aside; however, the Government reserves the right: to make no award, one award or two awards. We intend on using NAICS Code 541330 ($20 mil size standard) for this procurement.
