Description

This is a notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis a contract with E-Monitors Healthcare Inc. to provide software application development and website development capability for NSQIP Private Sector Intiative. Acquisition, configuration, and optimization of a Microsoft NT enterprise database server running Microsoft's SQL Server. Migration of all the Microsoft Access databases into the new Microsoft SQL Server database. Transition of the web server environment for Windows NT 4.0 Server to Windows 2000 Server using IIS 5.0., etc. This contract will be for the period of 8/1/01 through 7/31/02. Issue date is on or about 6/15/01. Proposal is due on or about 7/16/01. NAICS code is 514210, size standard is $18.0 million.
