Description

The Naval Hospital, MCAS, Cherry Point, NC has submitted an acquisition requirement to procure mortuary services for a base period plus four (4) twelve month option periods. The required services include necessary services for the care and handling of deceased personnel. It encompasses professional services and requirements, caskets, shipping containers, transportation and hygienic practices. Services shall be provided by a full service facility with a chapel. All services shall be in compliance with OSHA, the North Carolina State Mortuary Board, and The North Carolina Funeral Directors Assn. The contractor's establishment shall be located within fifty (50) road miles from his loading dock to the loading dock, Naval Hospital, Cherry Point, NC. The requirement is commercial in nature and will governed by the rules and regulations in FAR Part 12. In addition, this requirement is a 100% Set-Aside exclusively for small business concerns. See Numbered Note 1. Provide Cage Code, Dun & Bradstreet Number, and Taxpayer's Identification Number. Faxed requests for solicitation packages are desired.
