Description

The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) previously issued CBD Notice Submission No 50J4G4 dated April 17, 2001 to provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, tools, parts, and other items and services necessary to perform Schedule and Unscheduled Maintenance and Repair on Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and other miscellaneous equipment for the Meridian Naval Air Station, MS DeCA Commissary in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). This Request for Quotations (RFQ) is hereby amended to dissolve the Small Business Set-Aside. This RFQ is to be issued on an unrestricted basis. The Period of Performance for the base period is changed to July 1, 2001 through June 30, 2002, and will include four one-year option periods that may extend performance through June 30, 2006. The amended RFQ will be issued on or about June 7, 2001 with a tentative closing date of June 18, 2001. The anticipated award date will be July 1, 2001. All requests for copies of this RFQ must be in writing and addressed to: Defense Commissary Agency, Contract Management Business Unit, Services Division (CICST), ATTN: Carla Milot, 1300 E Avenue, Fort Lee, Virginia 23801-1800.
