Description

The US Army, TACOM-ARDEC is issuing a combined CBD/Solicitation for the commercial service to furnish engineering design, materials and labor to install an impressed cathodic protection system utilizing anode wells at oil storage tanks 1, 2, and 3 located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ in accordance with the solicitation specifications. A site inspection will be required. See solicitation for date and time. On 2 Nov 2000, this action was announced along with welding repairs on a sole source basis. The cathodic protection installationg was not awarded at that time, which allows the Government to seek competitive bids. This is a small business set-aside. See Numbered Note 1.
