- Service to be performed at Bldg. 849, USMA, West Point,NY The contractor shall remove 2 existing Chicago HBBLL-C4 Pumps and Gear Motoes and install 2 Flygt Dry Submersible Pumps, Model CT3102, Rated 100 GPM @37'TDH, 3.7HP (5HP actual), 460 volts, 1750 RPM (80 GPM @27'TDH @ 50hz). The pumps will be supplied with impeller #433 non clog impellers) Install 2ABB type ACS401600532 variable frequency drives, 5hp, 460 volts. Modify electrical, base and piping to adapt the Flygt Pumps to the existing system. Replace existing 4" suction, 3" discharge, and 3" upstream ball valves. Install new pump discharge check valves and priming line ball valves. Mount the new ABB drives next to the existing load center and connect wiring to the new pumps. Perform operational test on pumps and system. Check for leaks.
