Description

This VISN has a requirement for a contractor to provide teleradiology services for the medical centers of VISN 3. These medical centers are identified as VAMC Bronx, Brooklyn/St. Albans/Manhattan, Northport, Castle Point/Montrose, New York and East Orange/Lyons, New Jersey. The contractor will be required to perform teleradiology services during WHEN hours 8PM-8AM Mon-Fri plus 12PM -- 8AM on weekends and holidays. Services shall include but are not limited to the professional interpretation of radiological exams such as: Computed Tomography Scans (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), General Radiographic Procedures or Plain Film (PF), Ultrasound Studies (US), Nuclear Medicine (NM). The interpretations must be provided by qualified (defined in solicitation) radiologists credentialed and priveleged at each facility. Solicitation should be available O/A 7/13/01. Due date is 8/15/01. All requests to be in writing.
