Description

The U.S. Army Space and Missile Command (USASMDC) intends to enter into a noncompetitive contract for administrative assistant support for the Office of the Secretary to the General Staff (SGS) and Command Group. The administrative support duties shall include the following: (1)provide consistency and excellent secretarial skills, (2) provide advice and assistance to subordinate staff and personnel, (3) responsible for maintaining a structured and professional managed office environment, and (4)perform other multiple tasks. (NOTE: If you need a detailed description of the administrative assistant duties, please contact the Contracting Officer referenced in this synopsis for a copy of the Statement of Work (SOW)). The period of performance is from the date of contract award to September 30, 2001. The personnel assigned to the administrative assistant position shall posses a "TOP SECRET" clearance based on a current Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI), and be determined eligible for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. All responses should be directed to USASMDC-CM-AA, Ms. Jennifer L. Determination by the government is not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
