Description

Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with the University of Washington School of Oceanography (Oceanography) for the Northwest Fisheries Science Center (NWFSC). Purpose of proposed contract is to provide nutrient analysis of seawater samples. Contractor will determine silicate, nitrate, nitrite, ammonium, and phosphate concentrations in subject seawater samples. UW School of Oceanography employs only known scientist in Washington state who performs nutrient analysis. UW School of Oceanography completed analyses for NWFSC previously and NOAA requires identical services for data consistency, quality control, nd speed of performance.
