Description

The Missouri Army National Guard plans to issue a draft solicitation on or about 30 May 2001, to support the Consolidated State Maintenance Shop and Operational Maintenance Shops by issuing a Commercial IDIQ contract for Automotive Tool Kits. The Government plans to issue a competitive Small Business Set-Aside solicitation using NAICS Code 332212. The Government is seeking industry comments on the draft solicitation and will provide industry with ten (10) days from the time of the Internet posting to provide comments. The Government contemplates a firm-fixed priced contract to include a Base year plus four (4) option years for a total contract period of five (5) years, a contract minimum of $65,000 and a contract maximum of $3,000,000.00. The draft solicitation is being issued to solicit industry's comments on the terms and conditions of the solicitation as well as terms and conditions of a contract awarded as a result of this solicitation. All comments received will be considered; however, the Government reserves the right to issue the final solicitation as it deems appropriate.
