Description

All prior announcements are modified to include the following: "Large business firms are required to submit a subcontracting plan with thier proposals. The subcontracting goals are 40% for Small Businesses. Of that 40%, 15% should be placed with Small Disadvantaged Businesses, 8% to Women Owned Small Businesses, 2.5% to HubZONEs, and 3% to Veteran Owned Businesses."
