Description

Provide Pest Control Management Services at Fort Bragg, NC for the period 1 March 2002 through 28 February 2003 (plus 3 one-year option periods). Contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, supplies and other itmes and services necessary to provide services at the following locations: dining facilities, food courts, child development centers, lodging facilities, club facilities, post exchanges, commissaries and warehouses, parachute facilities, golf and bowling alley facilities. Pest Control Services to include but not limited to: general household; tick/flea; bee/wasp/hornet/yellowjacket; mosquito; rodent and various live animal control; carcass removal; odor control; bird removal; lawn and ornamental (tree and shrub); turf; vegetation control; termite drilling, rodding and trenching treatment; treatment for pharoah and fire ants; and treatment of arthropods. Contractor required to be licensed/certified in North Carolina and in EPA DOD categories: Category 3-Ornamental and Turf Pest Control; Category 5-Aquatic Pest Control; Category 7-Industrial, Institutional, Structural and Health Related Pest (including wood-destroying vertebrate pest control and fumigation); and Category 8-Public Health Pest Control. This requirement will be solicited under FAR Part 12. For determining business size on this project, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561710, to be considered a small business under this code, firm including its affiliates must not have more than $5.0 million average annual revenue over past 3 years. All bidders required to be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR), available on-line at www.ccr2000.com. The actual bid opening date and hour will be included in the solicitation.
