Description

Single award term contract for the Document Automation and Production Service in Ft. Rucker, AL. Beginning July 1, 2001 and ending June 30, 2001 with possible option years. Quality Level IV required. These specifications cover the production of a newsletter requiring such operations as electronic prepress/film-making, printing, binding, packing, and distribution. FlightFax will be ordered monthly, approximately 15,000 to 18,000 copies per order; approximately 6 to 20 pages per order. Countermeasure will be ordered monthly, approximately 29,500 to 32,000 copies per order, approximately 12 to 20 pages per order. Trim size is 8-1/2 x 11". Proofs required. Saddle stitch in two places and trim three sides. Mail f.o.b. contractor's city to various locations. Ship f.o.b. destination to Fort Rucker, AL approximately 1,433 copies. Complete production and delivery within 10 workdays. Request for bid package must be faxed to (404) 605-9185 and must be made on contractor's letterhead referencing Program 1427-S.
