Description

The Army War College (Contracting Office) at Carlisle Barracks, PA is seeking proposals for a lodging facility in New York City, NY for Sep/Oct 2002, 2003 and 2004. Facility must be located in the following radius and be within a reasonable walking distance of the United Nations Building and of a subway entrance: Between Second and Eighth Avenues North and South and between 42nd and 54th Streets East and West. 348 Single rooms and 39 double rooms are required each night for a 3 day period along with a meeting space capable of seating 600 people. Bid opening date is approximate and subject to change based on solicitation issue date. Telephone requests will not be honored. All requests must be in writing.
