Desc: Contractor shall provide all material, labor and equipment for the lease (including maintenance)of 5 Tri-Plex Greens Mowers, 3 Light Fairway Mowers, 2 Tri-Plex Trim Mowers, 1 Greens Aerator, 2 Bunker Rakes, 2 4-Wheel Utility Trucksters, 1 Top Dresser, 1 Core Harvester, 1 Rough Mower for a Base Year with 3 one year Options and an Option to purchase the equipment at the end of the lease period for the Golf Course, Fort Rucker, Alabama. Base year will be 01 October 2001 through 30 September 2002 followed by 3 one year options. Anticipated issue date on/about 13 June 2001 with bid opening on/about 13 July 2001. A Firm-fixed price(FFP) contract will be awarded. Delivery must have equipment in place no later than 1 October 2001. The NAICS is 53231, Small Business size standard is $5 million.
