Description

Y -- Furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to fill cracks, top and level approximately 30,000 square feet of existing blacktop surfaces with a wearing top course of hot mixed asphalt concrete at Tioga Hammond/Cowaneque Lakes Project areas located in Tioga, Pennsylvania per the revised scope of work enclosed in the solicitation/amendment. The duration of the project will be from June 30, 2001 through 30 September 2001. A requirements contract will be awarded and delivery orders will be placed against it. See Numbered Note 22 except change the forty-five (45) days to fifteen (15) days.
