Description

Furnish all plant, labor, materials and equipment to scrape and remove loose lead based paint from exterior surfaces of Quarters 318. Repair or replace deteriorated architectural wood trim, and wood siding. Apply Lead Encapsulate as specified. Strip all paint from windows, doors and friction surfaces. Repaint windows, doors and frames as specified. This building is on the Nationl Register of Historic Places. All items replaced must match the existing in style, material and size. Performance time is 90 days. Bid date is approximate and is subject to change based on solicitation issue date. The estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is unrestricted. SIC code is 1751 and the size standard for a small business, including its affilates is not in excess of $11.5 million in average sales or receipts for the preceeding three years. There will be a non-refundable charge of $25.00 for each copy of the solicitation package. Requests without the required deposit will not be considered. Site inspection date will be announced with the solicitation package.
