- The work consists of removing and disposing of existing culverts and installing new culverts. Work includes excavating, placement of crushed aggregate, riprap, concrete, asphalt, seeding, fertilizing, and mulching. Project site is in Douglas County, Roseburg District, Oregon. Project range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Estimated start work is August 5, 2001 and performance time is 60 calendar days. Securities are required -- Bid Bond: None; Performance Security: 20%; and Payment Security: 100%.
