Description

The U. S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, has a project entitled Shuwah Trib Culvert Replacement, Pacific Ranger District, Olympic National Forest, near Forks WA. The work includes but is not limited to: removal of existing culvert and replacing with a 3600-mm multi-plate culvert, construction of log control structures, placement of riprap, staking, clearing and grubbing, dewatering for pollution control, placement of surfacing material and seeding and mulching. The Magnitude of Construction is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. The period of performance will be 55 calendar days after receipt of a Notice to Proceed (NTP) (NTP estimated to be issued 8/6/2001). Payment Protection (Bond) shall be required. The solicitation will be issued as Request for Quotation No. R6-OLY-1-13-O and will be available on or about June 12, 2001, with quotations to be received not later than the Close of Business (4:00 p.m. (PST)), June 29, 2001. The solicitation is issued under full and open competition and FAR Part 12, Commercial Items procedures will be utilized. North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) Code 23499, with a corresponding size standard of $27.5M. All responsible sources may submit a quotation.
