Description

The work shall include but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall supply all labor, materials, tools, testing equipment, transportation, permits licenses and supervision necessary to perform the following scope of work: replace water piping including pipe hangers, valves and miscellaneous fittings, provide new piping insulation, perform asbestos abatement, and incidental related work as indicated on contract drawing. Bldg. 291 CP, Naval Station, Newport, RI. This is a firm-fixed price requirement. NAICS Code 235110; Size Standard $11.5 mil. The proposed contract is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The issue date is on or about 15 June 2001. Offer due date is 16 July 2001. Performance will commence within 15 calendar days of contract award. There is a non-refundable charge for the plans and specifications of $4.00.
