Description

The USDA Forest Service, IDAWY Acquisition Service Center, intends to issue a solicitation for rehabilitation of the wilderness trail system that was damaged in the catastrophic fires of 2000. The type of trail work will fall into three categories/tasks: Trail Maintenance, Trail Reconstruction and Trail Relocation. Refurbishment of individual trails (tasks) as defined in the Schedule of Items may include one or more types of trail work for the project quantities based on historical numbers for these items of work on a per mile basis. This work is anticipated to take approximately three years to complete and cost is estimated to be between $400,000 and $700,000. Interested parties must request a copy of the solicitation in writing and provide your Company name, post office mailing address, telephone number and main point of contact for the company.
