Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Houston, Texas, intends to purchase under an unrestricted , full and open competitive basis, a 30 watt Holmium Yag Surgical Laser System, Trimedyne OmniPulse-Max, Catalog #1210-30 or equal. The system shall be a single mode with pulse energies of up to 3.5 joules, pulse rates of up to 20 pulses per second. The system shall include the following: 2 pairs Laser Goggles (cat #770 or equal), 3 Laser Glasses (Catalog #771 or equal), 2 ANSI approved Laser Danger Signs (Catolog #7391 or equal), Holmium Test Fiber for 1210-VHP (Cat #760 or equal), 1 Resposable 200 Micron Holmium Fiber w/Fiber Flat Tip (Catalog #20015-M), 1 Resposable 365 Micron Holmium Fiber w/Flat Tip (Catalog #20017-M or equal), 1 Resposable 550 Micron Fiber w/Flat Tip (Catalog #20021-M or equal) and 1 Fiber Stripper for 200, 365 and 550 Micron Fiber. Equipment must be provided with 2 sets of Operation and Owner's Manuals. Delivery shall be FOB Destination. The NAICS Code is 334510 and the applicable size standard is 500 employees.
