The solicitation is issued on a 100% Small Business Set Aside Basis, under the full and open competition procedure. NSN 6645-00-126-0286, In Accordance with CID A-A-55811, Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) Base Year is 844 each, all option years are 1036 each. Delivery requested 30 ARO days. FOB: Destination Insp/Accept: Destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
