Description

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) proposes to modify purchase order no. 40SBNB060008 with MG Industries, 8025 Dorsey Run Road, Jessup, MD 20794. The proposed modification will extend the period of performance from June 1, 2001 through September 30, 2001 to allow for award of a competitive follow-on contract to supply the NIST Gaithersburg, MD campus with liquid helium on an as required basis (approximately 7,000 liters monthly). The Government anticipates the award of a firm fixed price purchase order modification. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) package is not available.
