Description

The General Services Administration/Office of Facilities = Management Services is seeking small business vendors to provide = Information Technology and Acquisition Support Services. The scope of = support to be provided is IT strategic planning, program assessments, = and studies, acquisition support, project management, requirement = analysis, technical writing, web-based technology. The RFP is a 100% = small business set-aside only (FAR 52.219.6) Sic Codes 7376 applies. A = single award with a possible 5-year option period will be made under = this procurement to the offeror that receives the highest score based = on a technical and cost tradeoff evaluation method. All interested = participants are required to submit no more than the required page = limit specified in Section L.4.3.1 in the RFP to include their price = and technical/managerial capabilities relative to their experience and = performance history. Award of services will be contracted with the = successful offeror under a Single Firm-Fixed Price and Labor Hour = Award. The anticipated period of performance will be from date of = award through September 2006. The reference number for this RFP is = GS-CA01001.
