Description

The United States Postal Service is seeking to pre-qualify = manufacturers and suppliers of Office and System Furniture who can = provide, install, and maintain office and system furniture on a = national basis. The Postal Service is seeking to enter into a long-term = strategic contractural relationship with the successful supplier. It = is anticipated that this contractual relationship can be up to a period = of 9 years. Annual spend for this commodity is estimated at = $9,000,000.00. The Postal Service will use a pre-qualification process = to identify these suppliers. This process will be used it identify = suppliers with proven records of capability, quality, and reliability. = This process will take place prior to the formal solicitation process. = Only pre-qualified suppliers will than be provided with a solicitation. = The solicitation process will than be used to solicit and evaluate = supplier's proposals, and award a contract for our specific Office and = System Furniture needs.
