Description

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) requires service to = conduct a research study entitled ?Surrogate Measures of Safety.? The = research shall consist of exploring and defining surrogate measures of = safety, recommended applicability to existing simulation models for = intersections only or with two-lane roads. Developing functional = requirements, and logic of surrogate measures of safety for = intersections. Award will be made to the responsible offeror who offer = conforming to the Statement of Work and evaluation criteria is most = advantageous to the Government. NACIS code is and the small business = size standard is $5 million annual average gross revenue for the last 3 = fiscal years. The solicitation and all related documents and = amendments, if any, will only be released and available electronically = through the Electronic Posting System (EPS) under FebBizOpps at = www.eps.gov.
