Description

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration = (SAMHSA), Office of Communications and External Liaison, Center for = Substance Abuse Treatment (OCEL/CSAT), through the ADP Acquisitions = Branch, Program Support Center (PSC) intends to award a sole source = acquisition to White Bison in Colorado Springs, CO. for Recovery Month = 2001. The community-based events shall be an integral part of = SAMHSA/CSAT's 12th annual National Alcohol and Drug Addiction Recovery = Month. The effort is for the provision of outreach to the American = Indian community in the conduct of community-based events for Recovery = Month 2001 celebration. This proposed requirement for which the = Government intends to solicit only one source is under the authority of = FAR 13.106-1(b). Interested concerns may identify their interest and = submit a capability statement that demonstrates their ability to = provide the services required. Information received will normally be = considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a = competitive procurement. This notice is not a request for competitive = proposals. No solicitation is available; therefore, requests for such = document will be considered invalid responses. A determination by the = Government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within = the discretion of the Government. If no affirmative responses are = received, the Contracting Officer will proceed to issue a purchase = order to White Bison.
