Description

Desc: Repair roads to Kitchen/Facility and Cart Path located at Chemawa Indian School, Salem, Oregon. Repair Service Road: Widen areas approx. 5,091 sq. ft., excavate to a depth of eight inches, and fill in with six inches of crushed rock. Add two inches of Asphalt Concrete. Cut out approx. 7,147 sq. ft. of "alligatored" road surface, fill in with six inches of crushed rock, cover with two inches of A.C. Pre-level where required. Apply three inches of A.C. topcoat. Kitchen Parking Lot: Approx. 480 linear feet of cracks to be cleaned and filled with hot tar. Patch 205 sq. ft. of surface. Remove and replace approx. 1511 sq. ft. of black top. Seal total area approx. 21412 sq. ft. with two coats of Seal Coat with grade silica. Re-stripe. Cart Path: Remove existing asphalt. Lay six inches of crushed rock, compact rock, apply approx. three inches of A.C. topcoat. The last 1840 sq. ft. (west end): add rock, compact and apply topcoat. Notice to proceed will be issued after award, and work shall be completed no later than July 27, 2001. Submit packages no later than COB July 2, 2001, to Donna J.
