- Description
- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) intends to issue a 5-month sole-source extension to extend Contract DCA200-95-C-0043. The contractor is U.S. Sprint Communications Company,13221 Woodland Park Road, Herndon, VA 22071. This contract provides the lease of one 1.544 Mbps full duplex circuit between Oakhanger, England and Onizuka AFB, CA. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This contract action continues service to allow time for competitive reaward. See Numbered Note 22.
