Description

Readjustment Counseling Services to eligible veterans referred by VA. Work consists of counseling provided by social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, or other counselors, individually or in concert, to ameliorate social, psychological or behavioral impairment which interferes with individual veteran's relationships or overall ability to cope with problems encountered in daily life. Coverage needed for Iowa counties of Buena Vista, Clay, Dickinson, Emmet, Lyon, O'Brien, Osceola, Pocahontas and Palo Alto and South Dakota counties of Campbell, Codington, Grant, Hughes, Marshall, Roberts, Brown, Day, Edmunds, Faulk, Spink, Walworth, Potter and McPherson and Dickey County in North Dakota. Contract Period 10/1/01 -- 9/30/02 plus two option years.
