Description

This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide personnel, = supplies, and equipment necessary to perform scientific and technical = support type services under an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity = Type Contract. These services are in support of the National Oceanic = and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Southwest Fisheries Science = Center's Honolulu Laboratory in Honolulu, Hawaii. Task orders will be = issued as fixed-price orders on an as-needed basis for work to be = performed primarily at the research facility in Honolulu and aboard = Government or contracted research vessels. Task orders will be issued = based on the type of work required to be performed, i.e., scientific or = technical and the labor category required to fulfill the tasks, i.e., = lab technician, scientist, etc. The period of performance will be for = one (1) base year of services with four (4) additional option years. = This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-aside, see Numbered Note = 1, under the current NAICS Code of 541990 with the size standard of $5 = million dollars. All responsible sources may request the RFP which is = anticipated to be available on or about June 15, 2001, and submit a = proposal for agency consideration.
