Description

The project is an Indefinite Quantity Type Contract for Miscellaneous Environmental Services and Related Environmental Services for Projects within Southern California, Southern Nevada Southwestern Utah and Arizona for one base year plus two option years. Tasks under Miscellaneous Environmental Services will include field observations, coordination with field personnel, data collection, data analysis and evaluations, and report preparation. NAICS Code is 541990, Services, N.E.C., $5 million average annual gross revenue for the last three fiscal years. The Government will award two contracts off this solicitation to the responsible offerors whose proposals, conforming to the RFP will be the "Best Value" to the Government, "Best Value will be determined using a Trade Off process, comparing price, technical, and other factors. Evaluation Factors: First Category is Past Performance: Experience, Quality of Service or Product and Past Performance Appraisal, Familiarity of the Offeror with the Environmental Compliance Statues and Guidance and in the Environmental Conditions of the Region, Customer Satisfaction, Timeliness of Performance, Ability to Solve Complex Contract Problems, Subcontract Management, Second Category is Technical Evaluation Elements: Understanding of Requirements, Management Ability, Scheduling Multiple and Simultaneous Task Orders. The RFP will be available on or about 19 June 2001. The closing date of this RFP is on or about 19 July 2001. The RFP is 100% small business set aside. See numbered Note 1. The Government intends to issue this solicitation and all amendments through the use of the Internet. No additional media (CD ROMS, Floppy Disks, Faxes, or paper) will be provided unless the Government determines that it is necessary.
