Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Lakehurst is establishing multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements to provide Software Engineering Support Services on an as needed basis in the following areas: Aviation Systems Integrated Shipboard Information Systems (ISIS) Aviation Data Management and Control System (ADMACS Aviation Weapons Information Management System (AWIMS) Magazine Arrangement Planning Aid-Computerized (MAPA-C) Moriah Wind Subsystem Aircraft Launch and Recovery Control System (ALRCS) Advanced Glide Slope Indicator (SGSI) Carrier Modeling and Simulation Programs Joint Carrier Task Force (JCTF) Advanced Concept Technology Demonstrations (ACTD) NAVAIRS Business Administration System (BAS) Engineering Maintenance Data Analysis System (EMDAS) Engineering Maintenance, Plane Reliability and Execution Support System (EMPRESS) The government reserves the right to rotate sources and to issue orders valued at less than $550,000, under the BPA's established, without further competition. This synopsis serves as the entire solicitation. Interested firms should provide the following information: (1) brief summary of past experience in this area with particular emphasis on work performed for NAVAIR / NAWC AD Lakehurst (include Program name / Aircraft Platform and contract number) and (2) One typical resume. Responses should not exceed five pages. Evaluation criteria are as follows: Past Performance (Corporate and specific Programs) and Personnel Experience. Costs will be evaluated as part of each order. Firms should also indicate their size status and E-Mail address for a point of contact. Responses should be emailed to HufnellFJ@navair.navy.mil. Responses should be received not later than June 29, 2001. BPA's based on this synopsis may be issued from date of synopsis through September 30, 2001.
